Promo Technologies Free Electricity Recruiter Program

Recruiters agree that in promoting The Dealer, they will not embellish the benefits or performance of any of the products or services offered. Because of the nature of the potential free electricity benefit, the Recruiter is not permitted to represent that a working model of a free electricity machine has ever been demonstrated, and must make it clear to the witness that working models are not planned until 1,600,000 witnesses have been recruited in North America & Canada.

In order to gain momentum to recruit witnesses, the above dealer is looking for people who are interested in recruiting and/or sponsoring witnesses for the public demonstrations. The job of Recruiter has a limited time frame. The Dealer will announce the end of its current recruitment program, and may offer Recruiters a new contract under different terms at that time. Under the current recruitment program, it is the job of the Recruiter to get people to agree to witness public demonstrations.

There is a Mandatory Agreement signed by The Dealer with UCSA that details what can and cannot be represented to prospective witnesses. The undersigned Recruiter MUST agree to honor that commitment in all representations made on behalf of The Dealer and in explaining the program itself on behalf of The Dealer.

Every witness who a Recruiter brings The Dealer, either by getting the witness to sign up or by compensating another to sign them up for the Recruiter, shall be considered that Recruiter’s witness, and the Recruiter shall derive all the compensation listed below for that witness.

A witness is a customer when that witness buys a product or service from The Dealer due to a purchase encouraged by The Recruiter. The Recruiter is solely responsible for his/her own costs associated with recruiting witnesses or selling products or services on behalf of the dealer. The Recruiter is not an employee of The Dealer, but is, rather, an independent sales agent.

The Recruiter agrees to use only pre-approved promotional materials that the Dealer will make available. (Reproduction is allowed). The Recruiter is also encouraged to recruit other Recruiters. When a Recruiter is recruited, the one who recruited the new Recruiter shall be paid an amount equal to one half of all the royalties and commissions paid to that Recruiter to the one who recruited him or her. This is not Multi-level, but operates only on one level and goes no further. Of course the only way anyone can be paid for the performance of any of these duties is first to be signed up with The Dealer as a Recruiter. (See Recruiter Sign up page)

The Dealer has agreed to give the Recruiter annually, a royalty income from the sale of 20,000\par kilowatt hours of electricity, for each and every member he/she has recruited or sponsored, “if and when” the free electricity program gets off the ground and the member qualifies for a unit on his or her behalf by being available as a witness.

The amount of money the Recruiter will receive for the electricity sales shall be based upon the price that ITEC is able to get from the purchaser of the electricity from the free electricity unit, produced on the member’s behalf.

ITEC plans to sell electricity at 5 cents per kilowatt hour, making the Recruiter’s royalty compensation $1,000 per registrant.

A Recruiter shall be “vested” to receive the same royalty compensation on the electricity activity and future product & benefits sales every year. The Recruiter shall also be paid finder fees equal to 5% five percent on all product sales and 2% on all benefits purchases made by any customer as encouraged by the recruiter.

This income shall be paid as The Dealer collects this income from sales (in the case of products and services) and free electricity income from ITEC (in the case of electricity sales) which shall continue for as long as the excess electricity from the unit made for the recruiter’s witness can be sold.

Commission are renewable!

All sales income shall continue for as long as The Dealer is able to make money from product and benefit sales. We encourage Recruiters to follow-up with their members when the demonstrations are finally announced to make sure they attend a demonstration of the free electricity working models when that is possible, and to ensure that the member will receive their free electricity allocation, the members will be allotted 26,000KW electricity free every year, but only if he or she attends the free electricity demonstrations.

The Recruiter will receive his/her related compensation for each member who actually attends. If the witness does not attend in person (or with a person to stand-in as an alternate) then neither the witness nor the recruiter will receive any compensation. In addition to the royalty paid for the witness, the plan is for all attending witnesses to be given the opportunity to sign up (9) nine friends, relatives, or associates for them to also get their electricity free possibly for life as well after the technology is proven. There will be a nominal charge to sign on after the demonstrations.

Residual Commissions!

The others signed up by the initial witness shall be credited to the recruiter of the attending witness, and the recruiter above shall get the same royalty expected to be $1,000 a year for as long as the excess electricity from those other units can be collected each year as well. Whatever amount of post demonstration units a witness recruited gets signed up, the Recruiter of that initial unit shall get the royalty for each of those units up to 9 additional units signed up by the initial witness.

One witness properly acting could set up an annual royalty to the recruiter of that witness of as much as $10,000 per year.

10 witnesses properly subscribed could earn the recruiter an annual income of $100,000 every year the program is profiting from the resell of electricity.
