Before choosing your option, Please read these simple guidelines first. In order to make our program work, we must enforce the following rules:

1. You must apply for a residence or church. No businesses or commercial signup provisions are available at this time.
2. If you prefer sending your application in by mail, Click HERE.
3. IMPORTANT: If you are applying for a rental, and you do not own the property, you must obtain a signature permission from the owner. If this is your situation, select Printable Form which will link you to the printable form. When you go to this page, print the form, fill it out, get your landlord's signature and mail authorized form to the address on the form. 
4. There is only one unit permissible per residence/address. It must be within the United States or Canada.  At this time,  the following states are currently prohibiting ITEC sign ups for Electricity;  Idaho, Vermont, Alaska and Kentucky.  Please email us as these exclusions have options.
5. When considering your Option Selection, please select your options carefully.  Option 1 helps  you help us garner the necessary additional signatures and the $10 will be waived.   For option 1, you must either submit your 5 (printable) sign up forms to our office, OR you may use the convenient 'Refer 5 FRIENDS Form' which allows you the benefit of sharing this offer with (5) additional homeowners automatically.
6. IF electing Option 2, please send your processing fee of $10 to Promo Technologies, Processing, 24  Woodgrain Dr, Billings, Montana  59102. 
   * Processing fee of $10 covers administration costs to deliver you a ITEC Certificate.
7. The 'Referred By' section of the application is most important in order that your referring sponsor get credit for directing you to this online offer.  Please indicate the person or entity whom referred you to this page / offer.  *SEE INCOME OPPORTUNITIES if you are interested in sponsoring 20 and more. *Recruiter  income agreement.
